Roma Company (company ID no. 07916299), company founded in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Republic of Serbia, with its registered seat in Belgrade, 11 Milana Rešetara Street, built the DecoRoma app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by Roma Company at no cost and is intended for use as is.
The purpose of this privacy policy is to inform visitors/users regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information for everyone who decides to use our Service, in accordance with current laws and regulations of the Republic of Serbia, especially but not limited to the Law on Personal Data Protection (“official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia” no. 87/2018).
By choosing to use our Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy and the provisions of relevant applicable law of the Republic of Serbia. The Personal Information that we collect are used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information in any way that is not described in this Privacy Policy.
The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which are accessible at DecoRoma unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.
Information Collection and Use
In order to use the Service, as well as for improving the user experience while using the Service and improving the Service all-together, while using the Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to E-mail, name or surname, phone number, date of birth, address, photo, video, audio, IP address.
The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy. Aforementioned information will be used for creating user accounts, providing the Service, customer support, customer communication, new products and services marketing, data processing and reconfiguration in relation to the Service.
Information will be saved only for the time duration that is needed for the use of information as described in this Privacy Policy and in accordance with the relevant provisions of applicable law of the Republic of Serbia.
Information will be saved for the time duration of the use of the Service at minimum, as well as for a maximum period of 5 years after the discontinuation of using the Service.
Information will not be transferred outside of EU or outside of the Republic of Serbia.
Persons with access to personal information described in this Privacy Policy will only be employees of Roma company with authorization from Roma company and with proper knowledge of legitimate and legal use of personal information and are aware of all rights and responsibilities under this Privacy Policy and in accordance with applicable laws of the Republic of Serbia.
Roma company does not guarantee the accuracy of the information provided to it via the Service and will not be held liable in any way for any damages that may occur to the user/visitor or any third party. Nonetheless, all users/visitors and/or third parties reserve all rights described in this Privacy Policy and relevant provisions of applicable laws of the Republic of Serbia.
Legal grounds for the Use of information
By using the Service you give exclusive, unconditional consent to Roma Company to use all information above mentioned as well as all other information needed for above mentioned use, as well as all other uses needed by Roma Company in relation to the Service in accordance with the provisions of applicable laws of the Republic of Serbia. Therefore, Roma Company will not be responsible or be held liable for any damages that may occur in relation to personal information as described in this Privacy Policy or for the loss of personal information.
Log Data
We hereby inform you that whenever you use our Service, in case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics. This information will be used for the same purposes as all other gathered information as well as for the improvement of the Service, recognition of errors in the Service and prevention of future errors in the Service.

Therefore, by using the Service all users explicitly consent to the basic risks of information security on the internet and Roma company will not be held liable for any damages to users or third parties caused by or in relation with the information herein described or for the loss of such information.
Roma company will notify competent government authorities if any privacy risks or threats are made known to them.

Roma company will not make available any information, gathered or collected in relation to the Service, to any third party, organization, application, company or any other legal entity, if not required by law.

Your rights under the applicable law include but are not limited to demanding confirmation on whether Roma company is gathering your information, access to such information, correction of such information, request to delete information, request of cessation of information processing and right to contact competent authorities in relation to personal information. You must be at least 15 years of age to use the Service and/or Application, and to consent to the processing of your personally identifiable information.
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. We encourage all children to never submit any personally identifiable information through the Application and/or Services. This Service represents exclusive and protected intellectual property of Roma Company that is the sole owner of all copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in regard to the content, concept and design of the Service. The use, multiplication, public presentation or distribution of the contents of the Service is strictly prohibited if not previously agreed to in writing by Roma Company. Failure to comply with this provision of the Privacy Policy may result in legal proceedings necessary to protect Roma Company’s intellectual property.
